As the cooler days of fall set in, Smokin’ Betty’s (located at the northwest corner of 11th and Sansom streets ) adds hearty fare and seasonally-inspired libations to keep things warm and cozy. Known for amped up comfort food like the Tur-Duck-En Buger, homemade chili, and BBQ ribs, they’ve also got a complimentary bar menu that’s just as exciting.
Everyday, Mama whips up house crafted cocktails that pair perfectly with their eclectic menu. New to the bar are three new recipes. The Gin-ger, Artt Ward 8, and Bittersweet are perfect for the cooler weather.
* Gin-ger Appletini – Gilby’s gin, apple juice, ginger beer and cinnamon apples
* Artt Ward 8 – Jameson, orange juice, fresh lemon and grenadine
* Bittersweet – Absolut Citron, Rhuby liquor, orange marmalade, fresh lemon and bitters
The bar, which is open late night, features 16 rotating craft drafts and house crafted cocktails like the ones mentioned above. For more information call (215) 922-6500, visit www.smokinbettys.com , follow on Twitter (@smokinbettys ) or like “Smokin Betty’s” on Facebook.com.
