Ok. That’s it. I am so beyond done with these terrorist attacks, threats and rants against the U.S So what! So a video was put on YouTube was anti-Muslim. And, by the way, it has been posted for months! Big fat hairy deal! Seriously, they react by storming the Embassy and killing 4 Americans? All because Allah’s face was portrayed? Where was the protection for our Good Will Ambassadors that day? Yeah, I’m sure the timing had nothing to do with 9/11. I don’t even think John Lennon would even believe in peace today.
Guess what: Everything (besides porn) is fair game on YouTube. If the powers that be find it offensive, it is taken down, as was this video made by some unknown human that may or may not have been an Israeli, Egyptian or American. But unfortunately, it got into the claws of the enemy, and now people are dead and Al Qaeda thinks they have reason (never) to proclaim Jihad on us. What is wrong with this world?
My kids come home from school telling me not about the solar system, but how they learned to be suspicious of terrorist activities. When they learn history, will it even be about our founding fathers or will it be what not to say to piss certain extremists off? I know some Muslims, and they are nothing like what is portrayed by these people. Every religion has its extremist…Christians, Jews, Mormons, every one of them…but something has to be done to rid our world of this sort of hate. I swear, if Armageddon really ever happens, it’s because God is pissed off and realized he needed to start over.
