Well, no way is right. Turns out it’s just a typo as the general info shows just 3 bedrooms. That makes a lot more sense for a $3.35 million condo on Rittenhouse Square. As sad and daunting that may seem that $3.35 million is the going rate for Philadelphia’s most famous and fabulous park.
Even without the extra 20 bedrooms, this unit is still remarkable.
