A real deal Gyro machine.
When I first read this listing for the Gyro machine, I wasn’t exactly sure what it was. A piece of workout equipment? Some kind of construction tool? It couldn’t be that the most simple and obvious of choices would be available to me, the home cook. Make my own Gyro meat?? You’ve got to be kidding me? But, in fact, that is exactly what this is.
But, like with the other finer things in life — yes, Gyro machine included — it will cost you. How much for these stainless steel, slow rotating, meat roasters? Try nearly two grand.

In all honesty, I’d probably never pay even half that for a Gyro maker, but man, it sure would be nice to be able to slice off a piece of juicy meat anytime I want. Wait…that came out wrong.
