It’s no secret that leading up to these Olympic games, US swimmer Ryan Lochte, was about as arrogant as Kanye West on his way to the Grammy’s. But, the first rule in cocky bastardness is to be able to back it up. And, after Lochte couldn’t bring home the Gold for the team in the men’s 4 x 100 freestyle relay, everyone was all to quick to call him out on it. For once, we agree with you.
