South Philly water main break leaves many without water, others with something to bitch about

The south Philadelphia water main break has left a lot of workers grumpy and stinky today, but that doesn't stop everyone else from sharing how they are effected by the flood.

It’s no secret that there was a major water main break in South Philadelphia last night. Just ask anyone not in South Philadelphia. They’re all to eager to complain about how the water main break is effecting them.
