Fact, Jay-Z is old. Fact, Jay-Z is a has-been. Fact, Jay-Z’s infant is cooler than him. Fact, a press conference with uber-loser Mayor Nutter does nothing for your street cred. Fact, his Labor Day two-day concert will be over-rated, over-priced ($99 plus fees), and Philadelphia thug over-kill.
